                  First off, I would like to thank all the people who are reading the Mochi Sisters' blog.　どうもありがとうございました！(♥ó㉨ò)ﾉ♡ I am so glad that even though our blog is so boring, you guys still bother to give it a glance. Yay. Ψ(´▽｀)Ψ

                 Secondly, being the naggy person I am, if you, my dear blogger, have not read the rules of this blog yet, then go and read it NOW! (╯°Д°）╯︵/(.□ . \)

                Thirdly, I am finally going to explain what this post's title means.

                Well, last year, I went to Taiwan for a holiday. (Isn't it obvious? = =") As we were traveling to and fro, and I had nothing to do during bus trips, my sister and I bought a chinese magazine about manga. Lookee~ (●ゝω)ノヽ(∀＜●)

                  Along with it came freebies. How nice of them...ヽ(￣д￣;)ノ Anyways, these are the items from the goodie bag. (^_−)☆

                 By the way, does anybody know which manga they belong to??【・ヘ・?】They look interesting but I haven't a clue to which manga they are from... T_T 


                 Oh, and the moral of the story is: Sometimes, walking off the beaten trail will give you some pleasant surprises~ (I bought this lovely and cheap magazine from a convenience store. 〜(￣▽￣〜) )

Chinese New Year!

 

           

               恭喜发财！This is the Mochi Sisters and we wish you, dear reader, a Happy Chinese New Year! (♥ó㉨ò)ﾉ♡

                Yay~ We finally get a chance to talk about a festive celebration! For once, we did not forget to share this occasion with our readers. (￣□￣;)ﾉ For your information, this is Kaitalyn and you'd better not get me mixed up with my hyper sister... You are lucky that I am in a good mood today (because there are so many treats to choose from... Fufu...). Thus, thou shall be nicer to thy. (●´∀｀●)

                 Yoooooooooooo!!!!! This is Kameyo here!ヾ(@^▽^@)ノ Yum~ So many Chinese New Year goodies to stuff myself with!!!└（★ｏ★）┐ Receiving Hong Bao (红包)! I love that part of CNY the most! ヽ(*≧ω≦)ﾉ By the way, Hong Bao contains money! Money! $$$$$$$$~ ლ(´ڡ`ლ)

                 I do not know this person... How embarrassing... Acting like a hooligan during such joyous times... Tsk tsk... (￣ー￣ )ノ

               Well, my (sister?) and I shall not only share our thoughts on our way of Chinese New Year, but we will also talk about the Japanese way of celebrating Chinese New Year. 

               ちょっと待ってください!! ━Σ(ﾟДﾟ|||)━ Don't you know that the Japanese don't celebrate Chinese New Year? 


               Oh yeah? - . - What evidence do you have?


               This video!!!!（＾Ｏ＾☆♪ The person commented that Japanese people usually don't celebrate CNY. This school's celebration is an exception and a way for Japanese to appreciate the Chinese culture~ (^_−)☆

Well, after watching the video and reading the Wikipedia page, I have realised that the Japanese do not celebrate Chinese New Year. Instead, they have Cherry Blossom festivals and the like. Hmph. (；¬д¬) Thus, I shall briefly tell you readers about my family's way of celebrating Chinese New Year.

                Firstly, we visit our relatives' house and eat the reunion dinner with them. Secondly, we exchange 红包 and Chinese New Year goodies. Thirdly, we sit back and enjoy bonding with each other. (〃⌒▽⌒)八(〃⌒▽⌒〃)八(⌒▽⌒〃)

          Greetings fellow bloggers... This is (fufufufufu) Kaitalyn... (*｀▽´)_旦~~

          Anyways, after being absent for such a long time, I have decided to post once again! Be prepared for an overload of information...(◎-◎；)

         Well, I wanted to share with you guys (aren't I nice?) a heart-throbbing manga! You will definitely love it~ The manga is called Watashi ni xx Shinasai! The mangaka is Tooyama Ema. ⊂(ο･㉨･ο）⊃

Here's the summary:

In class, she's a sort of zoned-out girl, and he's the year one class' most perfect, good-looking guy. But the two of them have a secret, and their extraordinary "love experience" will start now!

Himuro Yukina, known as the "Absolute Zero Snow-woman" is a cold and observant girl. In addition, she is actually a popular cell phone novelist who goes by the name of Yupina. Sadly, with no other human contact than her cousin, Yukina is unable to express more romance in her novels. Kitami Shigure, your so-called "typical bishounen", who is really a womanizer, has fallen into Yukina's trap when she blackmails him, and Shigure ends up doing Yukina's ''missions of love''. As this continues, will these ''missions'' be a opportunity for them to fall in love?(´ ▽｀).。ｏ♡

           And so, how do you find it so far? Sounds interesting, no? If this does not capture your interest, then feast your eyes on these pictures!!

          Overall, the chemistry between Yukina and Shigure is pretty good. Very intense too...                (°◇°人°◇°) Oh, and of course there is another girl called Mami who is Shigure's childhood friend... And you know how it goes... Bleh.ヽ（´ー｀）┌  She is kind of adorable in a way though. But Akira, Yukina's only friend and cousin is even cuter! When you least expect it, he warms and melts Yukina's icy heart. Awww~～(^з^)-☆

By the way, do you know who is who? You don't? BAKA!ヽ(#`Д´)ﾉ  (Just kidding. How are you suppose to know if I don't tell you about it? Lol~)（⌒▽⌒）

Well, let's start off with the descriptions of the characters! ^ ^ 

No. 1 - Himuro Yukinao(^・x・^)o
The legendary ice princess, it is said that her ice glare can cause one to die prematurely. Thus, because of that rumor, her only friend was her cousin, Akira. Yukina is quite an impulsive girl who often does not think about other people's feelings when she involves them in her quirky missions. Her only weakness is her spectacles. When someone removes her spectacles, Yukina feels vulnerable as she thinks that without her glasses, people are judging her. This weakness came from a particular childhood incident involving her kindergarten teacher. 

No. 2 - Kitami Shigure(*・)σσσ(*゜Д゜*)
The 'perfect' student in Yukina's class. He feels that if he is nice to girls, they would fall in love with them. Similarly, if he is an obedient student, the teachers place their trust in him. Additionally, if he goes along with guys' conversations, they like him. Thus, to him, acting as the flawless guy is a way of killing time. At the beginning, he was rather aloof and cold toward Yukina and even tricks her into taking off her spectacles before abandoning her. This causes her to panic before Akira protects her from the merciless crowd that had begun to form around her. Eventually, he slowly falls in love with Yukina and even becomes obsessive towards her.

No. 3 - Akirap(*＾-＾*)q
The sweet and kind cousin of Yukina. From young, he always hung around Yukina and after his parents died in a car accident, they were inseparable. He is rather protective and will not do anything to hurt her. He disapproves of Shigure as he feels that Shigure is a worthless guy who will only damage Yukina's already sensitive feelings toward love. Unlike Shigure, he is not possessive of Yukina but is occasionally jealous when Yukina spends more time with Shigure. He is always seen eating a snack or drinking some kind of beverage.

No.4 - Mami @(o･ｪ･)@
Mami has been Shigure's childhood friend since a long time ago and they made a promise: To never become serious towards anyone so that they would not be emotionally scarred by that person. Unfortunately for her, Shigure had broken the promise by falling in love with Yukina. However, she broke the promise even earlier than Shigure. From young, she had already harboured a secret crush towards Shigure although he had no knowledge of it. Although she seems like a polite and cheerful student, she actually is a scheming girl who does not want any girl (except her) to be close to Shigure. 






                 フフフフ。。。ψ(｀∇´)ψ  After my ingenious explanation of this manga, do you feel like reading it? If you don't... Well, let's just say that I shall-

    I loveee ヽ(*⌒∇⌒*)ﾉ  Megumi's, my beloved Hikari's, Akira, Tadashi's (1st song), Ryuu and *cough**cough* Yahiro's voice. Honestly, Yahiro's voice shocked me  (」゜ロ゜)」, it was surprisingly the best. Don't believe me? Listen to it yourself!
